This system required all Chapter 569 members to login into the new directory and fill out their contact information in the system. It&#8217;s important to understand a few things about this new system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The online directory is only visible to EAA Chapter 569 members. \u00a0Members must login to the directory to see any member&#8217;s personal information. \u00a0Furthermore, members choose what information they would like to provide.<\/li>\n<li>We didn&#8217;t print out a paper directory for every member this year. \u00a0This saved a lot of paper and a lot of money.<\/li>\n<li>All of the information is online right here on the Chapter 569 website. \u00a0This means members do not have to carry around a directory with them and are able to search the directory and pull up a member&#8217;s entry by just typing in their first and\/or last name.<\/li>\n<li>Members contact information can change at any time: when they get a new phone number, a new email address, or move to a new place of residence. \u00a0Through this online system, they can login and update their information at any time.<\/li>\n<li>The new directory replaced our online profile system. \u00a0This new directory allows members to post their information about their airplane projects and update it at anytime, along with their contact information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><b>At this time, we are interested in hearing feedback from members on their thoughts on this new directory system. \u00a0If you haven&#8217;t filled out your information on the directory yet, tell us why. \u00a0Tell us what can be done to improve the directory system. \u00a0We&#8217;re aiming to get all members&#8217; information in the new directory, so tell us what we can do to help make that happen.  <a href=\"http:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/s\/LHXK6QF\"><b><font color=\"blue\"><u>Please click here and take a few moments to fill out this survey.  <\/b><\/font><\/u><\/a>It&#8217;s only seven questions long, and all responses are anonymous.  Your feedback is greatly appreciated.<\/b><\/div>\n<p>If you are a Chapter 569 member, you can go to the online directory at <a href=\"http:\/\/eaa569.org\/directory\"><strong><span style=\"color: blue;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">eaa569.org\/directory<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a>. You will find a list of all members, and you will find that you will need to click on the &#8220;Login&#8221; button at the top before you can view anyone&#8217;s information. \u00a0After logging in, you also can click on &#8220;Edit\/Update Your Profile&#8221; which will allow you to supply all your information. \u00a0Remember to click on &#8220;Update&#8221; after making any changes. \u00a0We emailed out login information in January, so you will need to login with that. \u00a0If you didn&#8217;t get an email with your information, or you lost it, or if you have any questions about this new system, please send us an email at <a href=\"mailto:webmaster@eaa569.org\"><strong><span style=\"color: blue;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">webmaster@eaa569.org<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> so we can get you taken care of.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Six months ago, we created a new online directory system.
