If you haven&#8217;t already, we ask all members to please <a href=\"http:\/\/eaa569.org\/blog\/?page_id=2317\"><b><font color=\"blue\"><u>click here<\/u><\/font><\/a><\/b> and fill out the online renewal form. Upon completing the online form, please mail your $20 payment to our Chapter Treasurer.  Checks should be made payable to EAA Chapter 569.\u00a0We also still have the paper form available for members who would prefer to use that. \u00a0You can <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaa569.org\/registration\/paperform.pdf\"><b><font color=\"blue\"><u>click here<\/u><\/font><\/a><\/b> to print off, fill out, and mail in the paper form.  You will need to mail the form, along with your $20 payment, to our Chapter Treasurer.
