We ask all members to please <a href=\"http:\/\/eaa569.org\/blog\/?page_id=2317\"><b><font color=\"blue\"><u>click here<\/u><\/font><\/a><\/b> and fill out the online renewal form. Upon completing the online form, please mail your $20 payment to our Chapter Treasurer.  Checks should be made payable to EAA Chapter 569.\u00a0<b> We prefer members use the online renewal system if possible as this automatically disperses the information to all appropriate contacts within the chapter<\/b>. However, we do still have the paper form available for members who would prefer to use that. \u00a0You can <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eaa569.org\/registration\/paperform.pdf\"><b><font color=\"blue\"><u>click here<\/u><\/font><\/a><\/b> to print off, fill out, and mail in the paper form.  You will need to mail the form, along with your $20 payment, to our Chapter Treasurer.
