Member Directory Reminder

We created the new, online Member Directory at the beginning of the year. Since the directory was first created, we have made many improvements to it that make it easier to use. We’ve had many of our members login, fill in their information, and utilize the new directory. However, we still have a handful of members that have not logged in to the new directory and have yet to update their information. Logging in and filling out your information takes only a few minutes, and allows other members know how to get into contact with you. No paper directory was printed this year for members, so the online directory is the only recent way to get members’ information. Furthermore, with the online directory, you can update your information at anytime, so if you get a new phone number, email address, or other contact information changes, you can update it yourself at anytime. Additionally, you can provide information about your aviation experiences, projects, and expertise.

How to Update Your Information in the Directory

1. Go to the Chapter 569 Member Directory at http://eaa569.org/directory.

2. Click on “Login” on the blue bar near the top. Your login information should have been emailed to you earlier this year, but if you lost it, forgot it, or are not sure what it is, just click here. We will send your login information to your email address; it may take up to 12 hours.

3. Once you are able to login in, click on “Edit/Update Your Profile”. You can fill out your contact information and other aviation information. You can also update your password to something easier to remember. Be sure to click on “Update” at the bottom of the page to save the changes to your profile.

4. Upon logging in, you have the ability to view other members’ profiles. You must be logged in to view other members’ profiles. Profiles can be viewed on the main directory page at http://eaa569.org/directory. Click on a member’s name to view their profile; if you are not logged in, it will prompt you to go to the login page.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access the online directory?
The directory can be accessed at http://eaa569.org/directory. The blue bar near the top acts as your guide to the directory, providing you with links to access the main directory page, login, update your information, and a “Help” section.

What do I need to login for? What is my login information?
You must login to view members profiles and update your profile. We emailed out login information to most members at the beginning of the year, or if you are a new member, you should have received it shortly after completing your registration via email. However, if you forgot or lost your login information, click here and it will be sent to you again.

I don’t want my information seen by everyone. Is my information safe?
The Chapter 569 Directory is only accessible by Chapter 569 members. Everyone can access the main page of the directory to view the list of members, but if you click on any of the names to view a profile, it will prompt you to login to view it. Only Chapter 569 members have usernames and passwords to access the directory. The information you fill out will only be seen by Chapter 569 members.

The most likely reason for this message is that you are not logged in with your account. Click on the “Login” button on the main page of the directory and login with your username and password.
