Our annual picnic will take place Saturday, September 8th at 5:00 p.m. We will begin serving dinner at 6:00 p.m. Chapter 569 will provide loose meat sandwiches and hot dogs. Everyone should bring a dish that starts with the first letter of your last name; for example, if your last name is Peterson you could bring a potato salad. You may also want to bring your own chairs to sit in. As always, the picnic will take place out at Shoemaker Field (Denton Airfield). The address is 11115 W Yankee Hill Rd – Denton, NE. Please note that Google Maps incorrectly lists Shoemaker Airfield as being in Lincoln — it is in Denton. The picnic will take the place of the September meeting. This is always a fun event that is enjoyed by all chapter members every year. Hope to see you there!
