All orders will be charged 7% sales tax. At the bottom of the form, please calculate your total based on your selections and add the sales tax. Orders may be picked up free of charge at a Chapter Breakfast, Chapter Meeting, or at another time. You will be contacted when your order is ready and arrangements can be made to pick-up your items.
