Sun ‘n Fun, one of the biggest aviation events of the year, is taking place from April 9 – April 14. As always, there are many events planned for each day and lots of people will be making the trip down to Lakeland, Florida. April Meeting — Tuesday, April 2

Our next meeting will be Tuesday, April 2. Our meeting will be at the Duncan Aviation Engine Shop (5000 NW 44th Street — Lincoln, NE) and will begin at 7:30 p.m. Program to feature Gary Redding, who comes from an aviation minded family. He will share with us his story.

Spring Webinars

EAA is offering a number of Webinars (online seminars) during the months of March and April. There is limited space, so it’s important to register ahead of time for them. Free Safety Seminar — Wednesday, March 27

AOPA is hosting a free safety seminar on Wednesday, March 27. The “Chart Challenge” seminar will be at Bellevue West High School (1501 Thurston Avenue — Bellevue, NE 68123).  The seminar will be from 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. in the main cafeteria, and will qualify toward AOPA Accident Forgiveness and FAA Wings.  The seminar is free and no RSVP is required.
