We’ve begun accepting renewals for EAA Chapter 569 2013 memberships. A reminder that Chapter 569 members must fill out the renewal form and mail the Chapter Treasurer a payment of $20 (cash or check).
Express Renewal
Chapter 569 members who have filled out their information in our new Online Directory can participate in Express Renewal and can avoid having to fill out the entire renewal form again. Login to the directory by clicking here, click on the Edit/Update Your Profile and ensure that all of your information is correct. You can update it as necessary and then be sure to click the “Update” button at the bottom. To renew your membership, click the 2013 Express Renewal link at the top. For security purposes, on the renewal page you will notice that only your name and email is displayed and information on that page cannot be edited. Click the button that says “Renew My Membership For 2013” and the form will be submitted. You will need to mail the chapter a payment of $20 to complete the renewal process; the address and information on how to send the payment will be displayed on the page following submission of the form.
If you are a Chapter 569 member, you can login to the directory at anytime to fill out your information and participate in Express Renewal. Click here for information about how the directory works. If you are not sure of your login details, you can click here and have it sent to you.
Other Options for Renewal
If you would prefer not to have your information on the directory, you can click here and fill out the online renewal form. Under the option to have your information on the directory you will need to select “No” to opt out of having your information on the online directory. We also still have the paper form available for members who would prefer to use that. You can click here to print off, fill out, and mail in the paper form.
Payment
Regardless of how you renew your membership, you will need to be sure to mail a payment of $20 to our Chapter Treasurer. The Chapter Treasurer’s information is listed on the online renewal forms, or it can be accessed on the Contacts Page.
