January Meeting — Tuesday, January 7

Our next Chapter Meeting will be Tuesday, January 7. We will be having a mystery guest speaker; that’s all Vice President Gomon is saying about our January program. He’s encouraging members to bring their spouse or a friend to listen to the mystery guest speaker. Our meeting will be at the Duncan Aviation Engine Shop (5000 NW 44th Street — Lincoln, NE) and will begin at 7:30 p.m.

Pay Your Dues for 2014

Thanks to everyone who has submitted the renewal form and paid their dues for 2014. If you haven’t already, we ask all members to please click here and fill out the online renewal form. Upon completing the online form, please mail your $20 payment to our Chapter Treasurer. Checks should be made payable to EAA Chapter 569. We also still have the paper form available for members who would prefer to use that.  You can click here to print off, fill out, and mail in the paper form. You will need to mail the form, along with your $20 payment, to our Chapter Treasurer. Our Chapter Treasurer’s information for 2014 is listed below:

Mark Werth
2110 Spring Meadow Circle
Lincoln, NE 68521

We will post a list of the dues we’ve received and who still needs to pay their 2014 dues after the 1st of the year. If you have any questions, please email webmaster@eaa569.org.

Chapter Breakfast — Saturday, December 21

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at our next Chapter Breakfast on Saturday, December 21. It will be at the Crete Airport (CEK) from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.  Everyone is invited to join us for some great food, plane talk, and camaraderie — all you can eat! Just bring your appetite and a $4 donation!

Sadly, those pancakes and omelets don’t cook themselves, so we need volunteers to work the breakfast each month. There are a number of things we can use help with, not just cooking. If you are able to volunteer, even just occasionally, please call Andy Lahr at 402-840-5235. Thank you!
