EAA Chapter 1055’s fly-in breakfast is on Saturday, November 2! It takes place from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at the York Airport. Free will donation.
We’d like to remind our members about our Chapter Toolbox, especially some of our newer members who may not know about it. We encourage our members to check out the list of tools we have available to borrow. Some of the tools are owned by the chapter, while others are owned by chapter members who have made them available to borrow. If you are working on a project and need a tool, you can borrow it from the Chapter Toolbox for FREE for as long as you need and then return it when you are done with it. Our next Chapter Breakfast is Saturday, October 19th at the Crete Airport (CEK) from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. Everyone is invited to join us for some great food, plane talk, and camaraderie — all you can eat! Just bring your appetite and a $4 donation!
And those pancakes and omelets don’t cook themselves! We’re always looking for volunteers to help with the breakfast, even if it’s just occasionally. Topics include learning to fly, flying efficiently, flying to the Caribbean, modern flight performance tools, preparing for your checkride, and much more.
