Check out some various photos from Chapter 569 Member Dennis Crispin in his new album in the Photo Gallery. If you’re interested in having your own album in the Photo Gallery to upload your aviation photos to, send an email to webmaster@eaa569.org. Also, please note one minor change to the Photo Gallery: Newest albums are now displayed first. Therefore, when you go to the Photo Gallery, the most recent albums updated are displayed at the beginning and you will need to scroll down and click on “next” to view older albums.
Additionally, be sure to check out the Members Section of the website. A couple more members have submitted their profiles within the past few weeks. For those of you who haven’t created your Member Profile, you can still create it at anytime by going to the Members Section of the website.
Lastly, we encourage everyone to register and participate in our Chapter Forum. We’ve had an ongoing discussion in our Chapter Forum about the topic of a grass strip locally. Earlier this year, Chapter 569 member Tom Johnson mailed out some surveys, but the feedback was poor. However, it seems there may be some renewed interest about this possibility. The Chapter Forum is a great place for everyone to come together and share their thoughts and ideas about this. Click on this link to go to the topic (it’s a 2 page discussion, click on “Next” to go to the next page of posts), then click on Post Reply to share your feedback. If it’s your first time posting, you will need to register an account… but it’s easy and only takes a minute.
