Gary Black, who is with Cirrus Aircraft Corporation and is a longtime EAA member, will be in North Platte offering an open house and demo flights between April 28th and April 30th at Trego Dugan Aviation. He will also be giving a presentation that was given to the Society of Experimental Test Pilots last year on how the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System was developed and tested.
