It’s finally here
AirVenture 2016 is taking place July 25-31, 2016. A number of Chapter 569 members have been attending this extraordinary event for many years. Tom Henry usually volunteers his time at the repair barn and you can often times find Dennis Crispin at campground registration in the 101 Woods area in Camp Scholler.

Weather & Safety
In recent years, the weather has cooperated and most days highs were in the low 80s. However, in 2012 opening day had a record high of 100 degrees. Be sure to pack sunscreen, take breaks, and stay hydrated. The latest weather for Oshkosh is available to the right.
Driving and Parking Information
Maps, along with directions and parking instructions are available on the AirVenture website. Click here to find a list of approved transportation vendors, along with links to RideShare and tram/shuttle information.
Schedules & Planning
Make sure you download the AirVenture app, which can help you find your way around. It also assists with planning which forums, exhibitors, and workshops you want to see. The app includes features like “Near Me” or “Happening Now”.
Also, check the AirVenture website for schedules and updates. Click here to go to the schedules page. You will be able to find all of the latest information there, along with features that allow you to search keywords to help you plan your trip to the air show.
