Airport breakfast at Stuart-Atkinson (8V2), Atkinson, NE from 8 a.m. – 11 a.m. Sponsored by EAA Chapter 804. Fly-ins free, others free-will donation. Jack contacted the Grand Island Army National Guard in June about having a Chinook helicopter for display at the 8V2 breakfast, but has not heard back from them.
Also: signing up Young Eagles for flights on Sunday, September 14 between 8AM and noon. Looking for pilot planes, and ground volunteers for Sunday’s Young Eagle event.
