The annual Veterans Fly-In Breakfast will take place on Sunday, June 30 at the Pender Airport in Pender, NE. This event has been a tradition for over 35 years. The breakfast will take place from 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Please contact Paul Peters at 402-380-9882 with any questions.

From the lookout tower at Mahoney State Park to one of the tallest towers at 1400 ft agl. If you watch closely as he flies down the river near the trees you will see a Bald Eagle in front of him. EAA 1929 Ford Tri-Motor will have a tour stop at Yankton (KYKN), South Dakota from June 20-23. Rides will be available between 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. on June 20, and 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. on Jun 21, 22, and 23. The cost is $70 in advance through EAA online registration or $75 in person. Kids (17 and under) are $50. Co-pilot seat available for $125. The event is sponsored by Yankton EAA Chapter 1029 and Country Ford (Tyndall).
