Weekend activities

Several opportunities to pull the plane out of the hangar this Saturday, June 18 and attend some different fly-ins:

  • Chapter 569 breakfast, 8am to 10am at Crete (KCEK).   Pancakes, omelets (without cheese) and some good hangar flying.
  • Beatrice fly-in lunch (KBIE), 11:00 – 13:00.  Young Eagle Rides, 10:00-12:00. More info here.
  • If you are into RVs, Boone, IA (KBNW) is having their annual fly-in starting at 8am.   Lunch will be served at 11am.  RVs from Iowa and surrounding states typically attend.  Check TFRs.  There have been some posted along the Missouri River.
